CleanDock is a file management application that allows users to:

• Organize and manage images, videos, audio files, compressed files, and other stored content
• View total device storage capacity and remaining space
• Analyze storage usage by file category
• Delete selected files to reclaim storage space

All functions operate entirely on the user's device.

2. File Management Permissions

To perform its core functions, CleanDock requires file access and file management permissions.

These permissions are used to:

• Read file metadata for categorization and size calculation
• Display file lists to the user
• Delete files only upon explicit user action

CleanDock does not:

• Upload file contents
• Access files without user intent
• Monitor file activity in the background

CleanDock is designed with a data-minimization approach.

We do not collect or store personal data, including but not limited to:

• User accounts or identifiers
• File contents
• Messages, photos, or media for external use
